We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Security Supervisor to join our team in Westbrook, ME. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of our premises and personnel. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate security staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
- Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents
- Handle emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or security breaches, in a calm and efficient manner
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports for management
- Train security personnel on proper procedures and techniques
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities

Requirements:

• Must be able to effectively lead and communicate with a team of officers

• Must be ready to train and mentor new and current employees on specifics of site and Securitas policy/procedure

• Strong customer service skills

• High level of professionalism

• Walking/standing for long periods of time

• Flexible work availability

• Strong computer knowledge needed

• Valid driver's license

• At least 18 years old

• Comfortable in a Hospital Setting

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security is preferred
- CPR, First Aid, and other relevant certifications are preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of security personnel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies is a plus
